Rebeca Grynspan Mayufis is a Costa Rican economist who has served as Secretary-General of UN Trade and Development (UNCTAD) since 2021. She was previously Secretary-General of the Ibero-American General Secretariat from 2014 to 2021 and Vice President of Costa Rica from 1994 to 1998.
