Josef Kompalla
Josef Kompalla was a Polish-German ice hockey player and referee. He officiated for the International Ice Hockey Federation, and the Summit Series between the Soviet Union and Canada. Kompalla received the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany in 1992, and was inducted into the IIHF Hall of Fame in 2003.
