IRGC Khatam al-Anbiya Command

The IRGC Khatam al-Anbiya Command is the engineering and construction arm of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), responsible for executing large-scale infrastructure projects such as dams, tunnels, highways, and oil and gas pipelines. It also oversees military engineering tasks, including fortifications and reconstruction efforts after conflicts, notably playing a key role in rebuilding Iran's infrastructure after the Iran-Iraq war.
