Houthi rebels

The Houthis, also known as Ansar Allah, are a Yemeni political and armed movement that controls much of northern Yemen and has been a central party in the country’s civil war since 2014. They have also launched attacks on Saudi Arabia, Israel, and international shipping in the Red Sea.
