Carol B. Tomé is an American business executive and chief executive of United Parcel Service (UPS). She formerly served as the chief financial officer of The Home Depot from 1995 to 2019. She has been a board member for UPS since 2003, and upon her appointment to chief executive in 2020, Tomé became the first outsider to lead the company.
